Studying overseas ( so called English - educated ) would have drilled a big hole in his parents pockets , yet he failed to secure a decent job back at the country where he graduated. Coming back to Malaysia, few years of working , salary wise is pretty stagnant at RM5k yet at the same the property price has been escalating to a level unaffordable to him.

Facing the pressure from girl friend, future in-laws and parents to get a property , he cannot shoulder that on a daily basis so he chooses this forum as his battle field. Day in day out , "predicting" that property bubble would in Malaysia . Criticizing in the property threads that he wishes to buy yet cannot afford, pissing the existing owners like hell.

Bear Bear Fails to see the points shown as below :

1. Compared to Westerner, Asians especially in general has huge amount of savings . Asian Parents like Malaysia could easily chip in to help their children to secure s shelter . Western people are total different . Bear Bear with overseas education should be more ware of that .

2. In Malaysia, there was never a property bubble . Malaysia is a relatively young country with high percentage of young population .Land is getting lesser is strategic areas. Over 20 years , freehold properties have tripled on average. The population is still growing .
