If interest increase do you think owner wouldn't just add into selling price ? then you paying his interest plus your own.

No lah he want gaya he go rent a car but luckily he found 2 more dumb relatives to car pool & cover his bare asxx opps Bear Asxx.

Everything he imagine govt will help him reduced the price, but everyday I see govt talking about subsidies rationalisation, guess he didn't read much.
