People go on holiday to enjoy themselves...have a little fun. Can you just imagine? Dad: Kids, we're going on holiday! Kids: Yay! Where are we going? Dad: We're going to Super Happy Al-Quran Fun Land! Kids: Err...I just remember we need to study for a test...sorry, not free to go... QUOTE(M4A1 @ Oct 28 2014, 06:04 PM) PAS MP has proposed that Malaysia develops the world's first and largest Al-Quran theme park, which he believes will draw in more tourists and bring pahala (blessings) to the country. Bodo tu simpan sikit la MPAhmad Marzuk Shaary (PAS-Bachok) said building the theme park would be more beneficial than the proposed RM30mil project to construct the world's second-largest printing centre in Putrajaya. "I propose for this allocation to be changed and used for the construction of such a theme park. "In Malaysia, we already have Legoland, Sunway Lagoon water theme park and the Lost World of Tambun. "It is now time that the entire world comes to Malaysia to learn the Quran in the form of a theme park," he said when debating the Budget 2015 speech in the Dewan Rakyat Tuesday. Ahmad Marzuk also suggested that the theme park be divided into 113 parts to symbolise the 113 sura (chapters) in the Quran. SOS so will have roller coster??? |

im skeptical that itll be profitable. in terms of religious-themed parks, there's already a few creationist parks in the us but their profitability is likewise uncertain.

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Oct 28 2014, 06:18 PM) Kinda weird la. Theme park is not a place to reflect on spirituality. You can't mix entertainment and religion. To enter theme park, must all wear burqa like ninja. If not kenot enter. And women forbidden from playing anything, especially roller coaster. Takut kain and burqa fly away Also, how to attract tourists? Do wrong sikit-sikit inside the park, you'll kena from the religious police. |
