 Pr1ma Brickfields, Anyone have any info about this?

Hi all, this project seem very near to mid valley and KL sentral. I received the invitation email and seem I am interested but before proceed would like to get some of your opinions what are the pros and cons of this project. For example, I never been to the site, but wondering whether is there any HTC? Would it be convenient?

Must it go throught Jalan Syed Putra only can reach Mid Valley and also any surrounding convenient shops? PR1MA house can be rent immediately but sell only after 10 years?

Is near to bricksfield and KL Sentral very easy transportation but makan wise got any Chinese food to eat ah? hmm.gif
hmmm sounds like Brickfields is more like little India...can only eat Mamak ah?

This place jalan kaki to MV needs how long ya? macam further KL Sentral needs driving at least 5min
