I just secure Type A for block B. Hopefully i made a right choice. Now need to hunt for the loan.

Hi All,

I received loan approval from MBB yesterday. Interest rate is 4.7. Still pending from CIMB.

Mine is type A in block B, willing to swap for type B if anyone intersted. My loan is approved for type A and B.

All units are sold out. But you may put your name in waiting list. Pr1ma will engage those in waiting list if loan rejected for previous candidates. All will receive loan information by this week onwards.

Just talk to MBB loan officer. MRTA is RM4600(+-) for type A (RM270k) for 10 years. After that need to find our own insurance.

Loan lock in period 3 years after get the key. 2% interest from loan amount will be charged if we want to sell in between 3 years. Lock in period for Pr1ma 5 years from the day we sign S&P. In come tax(RPGT) lock in period is 5 years, unless we dispose one property free in a lifetime.

If miss payment for one month, interst will go up to 5.7% until we regurate the payment. If miss 3 months, interest will go up to 9%and need to go back to Maybank to sign some letters to reduce the interest again.

I just talk to Pr1ma. Project will be on going but they might rebrand Pr1ma. Laywer for this project is Kamaluddin Ross & Co.
