Bank lawyer: Maybe faster as bank will liase with them however sometimes the terms agreed are more infavour of bank,so before signing check all the terms. Pr1ma lawyer: Easier for you as you dont have to meet 2 different lawyers and can sign both agreement together. Feel free to share any extra/new info |
