if you want private school "tunku jaafar private school"  drive 20 minit
if you want university also got "notthingham university"
if you want chinese primary school also got 2 in semeyih.in 2017 eco majestic also got 1 chinese school.新民华小is very popular in semenyih.

My friend semi d factory next to SEH. Now Asking price at 2.8mil , one year already still can't find tenant . Closed to rm3mil want find ppl payrm10k for rent also difficult .

Travel from Semenyih to Kota Damansara really takes some effort bro.. Normally it takes 1 hour 15 - 30 minutes for normal traffic, if smooth traffic about 1 hour ++, if morning / evening rush period, I think need about 2.5 hours.

Beside toll and petrol, it depends on your working hour flexibility as well.

Why not consider Setia alam or Seri Coafield instead?

i strongly doubt that he is sane. First time i see people showing their account book balance in forum. Somemore it is not something that could allow him to even make property purchases even if the whole world facing financial crash (which he was anticipating eagerly).
