I agree... I think with all the events leading up to this EW
has always exceeded our expectations...expected the same "wow" factor with the show house. Now it just seems like any other mediocre development.

Can the 1A  room sizes be made larger if the upstairs landing made smaller? And hopefully EW does something  about the balcony, or else it will serve no purpose other than just eating up space of the master bedroom like what samkor says.

probably..but all this while we were impressed by the event being organized...yesterday was the first time we see something in real... somehow it create some sort of dissapoinment, less "grand" & "majestic"......As what thy hv done in event organizing, we expect the actual development should & could be better...

yes and 2D unit was totally disaster...

Well..when u pump in 1mil on 2D...and the unit is so cramp and relatively looks so smaller than ur current hse which is 3 times cheaper..how will u feel...plus the selling point was the balcony and its only 2.5 feet..where u even cant sit with a small chair...forget abt putting a bench..plus the front balcony only 2 feet each...which u cant even stand on it...😢

I 'm the buyer of 2D, kind of disappointed when look at those balconies. This make me feel those balconies are only for u to easy maintain the sliding doors, even worst for master bedroom balconies, it can only allow single person to stand on it!

What will the cost incur, if cancel after S&P signed? Or will it possible switch it to merrydale end lot/corner lot?

see some of the photo posted..the environment is quite nice. But the unit maybe not that practical like those Sime Darby house....i guess most of the owner buy the environment. I quite interested in this project, but semenyih really too far from PJ and KD.....Finally choose Saffron Hill @ Denai Alam.
