Is not only SEH resident but semenyih as well. Many ppl i guess are struggling with the daily semenyih traffic. This lekas exit will definitely ease their traffic headache. That is why it has appear in newspaper before...

My concern is not MPKJ but is Sp Setia. They do things far too slow till now also cannot confirm the fencing. Last time got ppl didnt sign the letter but i think that shld be less than 2-3% smile.gif

I doubt so. Many EM resident surely will use the SEH Lekas interchange 1. If me, I will defintely use this way. Nearer and cheaper toll rate! biggrin.gif

Chris kor, mall itself shld not be a problem i think. Like what you said, SEH, EM and SEH2 shld be enoughh to make the place sustainable. Looking forward to be able to shop in EM instead of going to KL smile.gif rclxms.gif

I notice the fencing (i mean the wall part) actually has lighting. It looks nice at night... Not sure they going to implement all these or now just to show off their show units sweat.gif

Chris gor, I think DPC lake ks bigger... Also, the swanlake at EM seem to be longer but in term os width, i think DPC is bigger.... Overall the park at DPC also I feel is bigger with 1 big open space for pet's owner and their dogs to play or enjoy there. Is really good smile.gif

Anyone got any updates on Cradleton progress? Still pilling? Also, anyone got any news or confirmation on the first billing? I recall Evon mention that it will take place between Oct or Nov but now Dec already (which means good news for us coz no need to pay interest yet tongue.gif )

Haha.. I doubt they will delay the work. Delay billing but continue with work is the best! tongue.gif we gotta pay for 3yrs interest... Of course hoping it will be delay... Now almost 6mths for free biggrin.gif
