Hi, what is the price for central garden? Anyone knows how many more phases or plot of land are for residential in EM? Just trying to get quick answer here if anyone knows. Thanks!

Hi Guys,
I'm looking to get a unit at either Merrydale @ Eco Majestic or Ceria Residences Cyberjaya. Both are two storey terrace with strata title and clubhouse facilities. I will be grateful if you could help me choosing which one of the two should I go. I've already done the research myself but any inputs from you are much appreciated. Many thanks |

hi guys.. was wondering since EM is entirely strata... so how they gate it ? they gate the entire EM or they will fence up the perimeters of let say cradleton, so that only residence of cradleton can enter that area ?

Merrydale is the 4th after Gentlebre, Cradleton and Tenderfields and going to slowly launch until 1st Qtr 2015. The remaining are very huge parcel esp Mellowood and much future Velveton. They could separate Mellowood into 2 parcels, not confirm yet. Thus all these would be slowly launch from 2015 onwards bcz after Merrydale, it would be commercials. |

The Lekas-EM interchange will lead you to the Silver Square, ie the commercial area at the Sourthern part of EM. It depends on where you are coming from - if from the KL area, then I think entering into SEH-Lekas interchange and then drive in to EM through the red carpet is perhaps shorter than using the EM-Lekas interchange. But in whichever case, definitely better than driving along the busy Semenyih road. In terms of distance, from which point are you referring to? In near future, you can exit at lekas semenyih toll and drive directly to red carpet bridge (i think no traffic light) into EM. The access road under construction can be seen from SEH parc hilltop. This will totally bypass jln semenyih.

Both save a lot of time compare to Jln Semenyih and Jln Kesuma - East Gate. Unless coming from Beranang or Seremban way. |
