man I was really praying to god someone got a shot of Randy doing a stoppie on the X2, thanks a lot DeepYu! Well it looks like you are also one of the photographers that are actually allowed to step on the track, do you have to represent a press or tabloid to get this?

no lar i am just another amateur trying to get the best out of my lenses
i wish i can step on the track like these guys.

Take your time, deepyu ... if you can't even catch a decent shot from the tower where you stood, the speed of the bike from the track I dun think you can even trace!

Tell me about it, the guy with the MotoGP vest had a damn big lens when he let it to rest on the track it looked like he could sit on it and make it a bench

yea. u are absolutely right. its not easy to do the panning. practice..practice

a bench cost you more than RM20k

most of my shot using 200-400mm, with dslr 1.5x factor becomes 300-600mm.

Depends on your budget lah ... for Canon they have 300mm F4L IS and 300mm F2.8L. Alternatively, if you have the budget for 300mm F4L IS and some MUSCLE, can go for 400mm F5.6L also ...
