Take your time, deepyu ... if you can't even catch a decent shot from the tower where you stood, the speed of the bike from the track I dun think you can even trace! tongue.gif

Depends on your budget lah ... for Canon they have 300mm F4L IS and 300mm F2.8L. Alternatively, if you have the budget for 300mm F4L IS and some MUSCLE, can go for 400mm F5.6L also ...
