My left lower arm (should be the brachioradialis) hurts when I'm trying to lift some weights. It's like some electric current flowing through my nerves whenever I try to do biceps. Nothing's wrong with my right hand though.

Any solution guys? notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

You have forearm tendonitis. Google it up.

How long have you been lifting weights?

Since when did it hurts?

How long has it been till now?

Refresh your memory; possibly you had an accident or lifted something too heavy etc.

Maybe let it heal for a few weeks by not lifting any heavy stuffs.

Not every body part is of the same strength. If it is slight pain, I guess it is pretty normal. try to reduce the weight and see if you still feel the same sensations.

Very common for beginners.
Try stretching before, during and after the exercise.
Do more forearm exercises (light and high reps).
