Hi, if we paid the 15k booking, then after balloting we dont like the unit, can we cancel the booking?

You cant simply cancel the booking.
Need to give 2 loan rejection letter from panel bank.

Anyway, what you guys think about this project?
I like the location pretty much but just worried with high density on this project.
Worry if the area will be massively jam since the surrounding area are pretty cramp.
Do they gonna improvise the road system in surrounding area?
And i also not seen much promotional video/illustration for this project.

Yeah pretty densed condo in a congested area. But the amenities and accessibility to major highways are good. My concern is just the htc. The existing htc is nearer to phase 1, but not sure about the upcoming one. I will take one if the unit ok, but we cant choose our unit

Yeah. I got block C (facing pool side around 20+ floor)
Not bad although i preferred to get unit that facing KL or MRR2.


Anyway my loan just approved with rate of 4.5%/y with RHB. Installment RM1,323/m 35 years.
Will sign S&P this weekend.

I think yes. I submitted mine on Jan now waiting for the result. Non-bumi. Maybe those units available because got ppl loan rejected.

Under one agent - filled up form and submitted at developer office. I submitted on 31 January, now still don't have any feedback.

I thought you are supposed to provide supporting documents such as your salary, your staying/working history in wilayah etc etc ?

Be patient, the screening and processing might take up to 6 months.
So many people applied, and DBKL take sweet time to screen and check.
