Another lelong unit sold today.
Single bidder won unchallenged at 300K.
Same as launching price.
Good catch?

Again and again.
My best advice to all wanting to buy lelong property.
DO NOT wait for price drop.
If too cheap will attract many bidders and you end up bidding at above last month or even 2 months ago price.

Here’s another example.
Last month lelong at 270K but nobody interested.
2 months ago lelong at 300K but nobody interested.

Today bid fight from 240K and sold at 315K.

So why waiting?

Yes from lelong market.
No need to meet rumahwip requirement.
But if the unit is bumi lot, bumi lot still apply. Apart from that, anyone can buy from lelong.

I think the lelong never went to 270k before. It was 300k last time around before today auction. Maybe bank purposely reduced it straight to 240k to attract more bidders. And somehow it works! 😅
