I dont know why my housing loan canot approve for 300k (pandanmas2) property and easy approve for 600k property. FYI that time is my 1st house. 😣

Hi everyone. If there is anyone living there at the moment, how do you find the commute into town especially the traffic exiting/entering the condo? How is the traffic around Pandan Indah in general at peak times? Appreciate any comments
