My unit facing the lake at Arina is at 617k after rebates. 40k different only
*
Arina was too expensive. Around 670k. If I had your discounts I would have opted for arina as well.

even better then since the ERL is even more quitter, doesn't curve in the path near Serenia, and passes in a second
*
are you sure its quieter or you're just comforting yourself coz u got a cheaper deal (near the track)?

this i agree, our neighbour's more complicated (curved) flyover at Gamuda Cove started after and completed before "our" flyover. What's up with government projects and their slow progress? Can't criticize too much leh, a lot of our neighbours work in Putrajaya

But seriously, why are government projects so slow. Private employees are more efficient? Someone come explain
*
private projects are profit oriented. thus the speed of completion. and most probably all of their resources are pooled at that site.

Government is the opposite...lotsa other projects to deal with also.

I’m working in KL still contemplating whether to buy here or stick to renting. Going to KL through MEX seems still ok for now, but Dengkil Bypass has got quite a traffic (others said) up to Cybersouth area.

park your car at ERL station and 20mins you're at kl sentral. or wait for MRT in Putrajaya.
