Not many lelong cases that involves bumi landed freehold.

Most lelong are non bumi and bumi for high rise SOHO and condo.

This is why I am curious why bumi quota sold out and bumi buying non bumi.

Must be something unannounced?

In the past once bumi and non bumi landed freehold soldout, it can mean that non bumi are buying with bumi nominees or proxies.

Is this the case here?

From a flipper's perspective, the challenges I look at is the existing township is yet to be fully establish.

No doubt the Xiamen University will help. However as a lot of students have own cars/ motorcycles, I cannot forecast a mass migration of students.

Both Setia Eco Glades abd Serenia are good cities with likely great people in them. SEG is a little more expensive like-for-like due to its location that is close and have easy access to Elite, LDP, and MEX

But if I fail to sell the Serenia unit in the next 2 years, I will move in, renovate, and settle down - I dislike moving too much, so I will see what will unfold in the next 2 years
