The sales man said can try.. I also not sure. Not yet submit anything yet..Maybe will consider their normal units. Need to double check my bullet. tongue.gif

Have booked a 3 rooms unit before it was launched and immediately cancelled my booking after I got to know that there's an upcoming prima project opposite Boulevard 2 by the same developer. I see the layout almost the same. What for paying almost doubled the price.

can go book prima now. as i understand are selling very fast. now only left few units.

Recently visit their sales gallery, I'm still considering their offer

950sqft, 3 rooms 2 bathrooms but with 1 car park only...
SPA 543k
Nett Loan 434k -2% cashback
so the Nett purchase is ard 425k

I buy for investment and SA said can rent to the nearby college students.
Worth to BBB???
