Although Nexus block C is nearer to MRT, but it is more further to the shop lot area (Waking distance around 20 mins). If MKH boulevard 2 is located at middle of MRT & shop lot area, also in front of college which I feel more practical for investment

should buy MKH Boulevard 1 or MKH Boulevard 2? MKH Boulevard 1 more shop lot nearby, but the price silly higher MKH Boulevard 2 is new but the railway just beside will very noisy? |
