Problem is 1300 that has no advantage of being free nor able to get operator assistance easily. Its a scam number basically.

Yeah, press 1 for this and 2 for that....then announcement...then press another number for this and that....another announcement...then press your phone numbers....music...then press another number for this and that....then suddenly, freaking disconnected......and start all over again.....After 10mins...only get to speak to the operators / technician

After get the technician...she tells you to off the whole system...but wait, you are using the Cordless phone...so its disconnected....again need to start all over...so after 30mins...they give you a service number...and suddenly...after a few minutes, your system works again....Sucks

40 sen also want to charge..so stingy TM..sometimes I wonder..both streamyx and Unifi are under TM..why one are free( streamyx) but another one (unifi) need to paid..unifi service more premium than streamyx means we need to pay more..or the unifi subscribers not many likes streamyx?

I've never been charged when calling their support number so far. If use mobile phone, yes they will deduct my credit. I use their phone line no charge. I'm entering my fourth year now with Unifi. If got any weird stuff, I just call them and force them to waive the charges. Last time, for some weird reason my free call code went missing from their system. Ended up charging me for RM4k++ for TM to TM calls. I report to the TM center and they reinstate the code and waive the bill charges. It takes them almost 2 months but I didn't have to pay any extra beside my monthly charges.

When u cannot dial from the Unifi line that you paid for to qualify for toll free, but have to dial from mobile, its not toll free anymore. Unifi can make it totally toll free, but they didn't. Cheapskates.
