john u should know we dont compare or follow their style of bowling
we create our own style, thats how we improve,morover remy ong is a hook bowler and ur a spinner so we cant compare.
if u want to compare hook bowler u should compare from Norm Duke,Paker bohn III
this guy have the best balance position of all the bowler and the smoothes release,and he can play any kind of ball,big hook,small hook , 10-10 shot.

when i mention we create our own style dont mean we can simply fly here and there,
why i say balance leg must be behind our body. its because it minimise the stress on the left knee and the full support should come from thigh not the knee,this is to prevent long term injuries.
if u turn like the video u show in long run u will feel that ur knee have some sound if u stretch ur leg up and down,when thats happen it mean ur knee cap is wearing down
and another advantage is u will hit ur target easily without forcing ur hand too much to hit the target

and the force part,u may not realise that ur forcing but u can see that ur down swing is very fast,and that is a sign of forcing.
it maybe because of ur bowling ball weight its too heavy

im not correcting u but im just giving u openion.
if can maybe u try to get some video from taiwanese player,study from them.people may not notice but i can tell u 1 thing,their player spinn the ball very smooth very gracefully but the impact is almost like a hook ball.

1 strike connecting 1 after another is counted as 30
if a only a strike is 20
no way u going to get 16 points for a strike unless u throw all the ball in the gutter but on the 10th frame the first shot is strike followed by 6 pins only can make 16 points

Its not that i wouldn't want to change to hook style during his "reign" but i think mainly because i was also considering to stop, so i sorta not have the time to learn it up after i stopped

There is no end to bowling. Unless you can say you average 280 or so, than maybe your at the top, but thats not even averaging 300 lol

Anyways, wasn't too pleased under Batson's reign.

A good hook player can easily outdo a spinner, but lets say if the hook player cannot adapt to the lane, i think spinner tend to do better due to its one way street thingy.

Not to mention i like to see the ball go slow, hit the pins and let it all fly weeeeeee
