May I ask the purpose of getting percentage sold ? for rival developer strategy ? would a 95% sold project more value than a 90% sold project ?

Assume you line up first day you do the booking 20% sold you wait for 1 week booking only go up to 40% what you going to do ? call the developer ask for deposit refund ? 2 week later booking hit 80% you call the developer you want to cancel the refund request & wanna confirm buy ??

You can only know the total number confirm sales after you sign the Snp isn't it, or you want the developer give you special deal to sign Snp only if developer can proof to you 90% confirm sold ...

Assumed you had signed the SnP but sales doesn't pick up fast, you worried till sleepless for 3 years till VP ...
