Complaints Inbox missing, happened twice

Hi, I would really like to complain this issue as this is my second time having the same issue again. I did not press any delete button on my inbox and it just goes vanish all my old inbox message and only few of my latest inbox remains.

Haven't encountered this problem... and I don't think I have seen any other similar reports.

Does anyone else have access to your account? Maybe you should consider changing your password just in case.

I don't think anyone can access my account not and I had formatted my PC for two times already.
