Anyone have any ideas on how to enable the 2G/3G/4G toggle on Celcom? I'm only getting 3G with a toggle for 4G/LTE. I checked with Celcom CS and the response was that there's no such toggle. Thanks.

You have to dial 1111 and speak to their customer service or refer to the link below to activate/check your 4G/LTE profile.

went there just now,no silver,so i settle for space grey,haha waiting for port-in from umobile to celcom,still need to wait 2-3 days.

I'm on postpaid with LTE but I want to switch to 2G in certain situations. iOS 8.1 on Celcom network doesn't allow that - it default to 3G with just an option to switch to 4G. Any idea? Thanks.

i get a call from plaza alam sentral shah alam and it was not a pleasant 1,they ask me to get a bundle of sp and casing for additional rm150,which is not even a policy by celcom,i was furious and canceled my order.So unethical!

Next time told them u want see the accessories first only decide....then when at their shop. Gv them any excuse that u don need already and just want the plan...of cow they will also gv u mother story excuse....u just tell them in that case u going to file a complaint to celcom....but instead complaint to the shop....I pretending u dono anything and say u want complaint to celcom about how bad this celcom marketing....like makes the issue big....I am sure the shop will gv u 2nd offer de.....

haha,i did told them that i called celcom to complain,minutes later they take back what they say and decided to sell me without those accessories.They did not mentioned anything when i sign up with them yesterday,only to be shocked today to received a call from them again to force me to buy their bloody accessories.They are at wrong and unethical.It is still acceptable If they tell me upright before i sign up.

but still,i got my phone from them already,it was kind of awkward but heck,business is business.
i'm posting here in case they try to pull this trick on you guys,so that you know and prepared to handle this bullshit
