How come my bill is so expensive? wth, I already paid more RM 78 for adv payment (first month), and RM 150 deposit for service MNP porting out. The staff told me will debit back to my account.

Yes, because I am with maxis before I signing with Celcom. So the fella told me if want to take the phone right away I have to pay a deposit of RM 150 MNP service charges. I also quite curious why they still ask for RM 78 upfront payment. None of this stated in the Celcom website.

The payment upon registration is the price you need to pay. If you haven't porting out to Celcom and you wanted to grab iPhone on the spot, they might charge you additional RM 150 for MNP service charges and RM 78 upfront payment. Both of them will be reflected back to your bill as your advance deposits which will be credited back afterwards. I waiting this to be verified as the staff told me I have to wait my bill, so I am still waiting. And you might need to pay extra for their daylight robbing, as they insist selling you the iPhone in bundle (to buy a case and screen protector), so they can earn more.

It is not the advance payment. In the package mine was 2 years contract with RM 25 x 10 months. This RM 150 is additional deposit I paid which is not stated in their website. According to the staff, they said they will reflect it to my bill. Well, let's see.

So that mean we're like need to pay the bill every months calculated this way if we didn't exceed the 266 units (for RM 78 plan 2 years case), because RM 78 - RM 25 (adv payment) - RM 24 (rebate) - RM 15 (MNP)= RM 14. Top up with RM 78 upfront. Am I correct?

Yes RM 25 x 10months is my advance payment. However, the day I take my phone I haven't porting out from Maxis, so they said if any customer want to take the phone they will give them, will not reserve for me. So I have to pay the extra RM150 deposit for that. I received Celcom sms yesterday that Celcom received my payment of RM 78 and RM 150. Let's see how it reflected on the bill then.

Btw may I know how they stated the advance payment rebate in the bill? Because I got one overdue charges of -RM250.00, I scare this is my advance payment rebate that they already potong at the beginning. lol

Itemised bill is sending via email or to our billing address? I haven't got mine since 24th billing date. Lol

Mine is over a month now, and whenever I check via 22188, it still show me the full data allocation to me without any reduction.
