Currently on week 6. Problem is i need to travel to a place with no gym and i can only hit it once this week. So? what do you guys think? should i take this week as a deload ? or any other better ways to do it? like go lighter and hit the volume for the week ? still making decisions.. I am still feeling good on the squat, deadlift , ohp but kinda stuck in the bench . SIFU!! give some opinion plz.

just skip entire week wont be a problem. your body wont degrade on 3 big lift just within 1 weeks times.

Consider it a deload week and/or get some calisthenics work in.
