Currently on week 6. Problem is i need to travel to a place with no gym and i can only hit it once this week. So? what do you guys think? should i take this week as a deload ? or any other better ways to do it? like go lighter and hit the volume for the week ? still making decisions.. I am still feeling good on the squat,deadlift , ohp but kinda stuck in the bench . SIFU!! give some opinion plz.

lol .. thanks anyway .. just wondering are there any others better ways to deal with situation like this
