So if I buy 2 Panasonic TVs and they broke down tomorrow , the brand should be deemed lower quality than any other brands out there ?

Personal experience should hardly matter if you are going to commend on a TV quality .
Unless you own thousands of TVs across the life time of reviewing TVs , even the notable TV specialist don't have the guts to make such a bold statement.

If someone own a TV and it is still functional after 10 years , good for him/her .
What about the next person who purchase the same model and the TV broke down the next day ?

How is that fair for dragging the entire brand down ?

That's true.

Why EX750 so fast end of life? Should I buy the 58" version?

Yes it is a Panasonic Thread last time I checked , not " How is the quality of the TV base on the TVs you owned ? "

I am definitely interested in you or his personal experience . But I can't say the same on how you judge TV brands quality from 2 or 5 , or 10 individually owned models .

According to the hundreds and thousands of reviews across major TV sites , not one review I have came across that mentioned Panasonic TV has superior quality over the other 2 Brand you mentioned , so unless you prove yourself to be a much more capable reviewer than these TV experts , do feel free to prove all of us wrong here.

EX750 is the last of its dying breed . It's a decent TV with a good color coverage & motion handling and local dimming to boost its native contrast.

But if you plan to use it for HDR content it's a subpar choice because of its relatively low peak brightness (420 nits -ish under the most accurate mode)

Then go ahead to buy the TV you like. It's a personal preference.

For myself from Plasma to LED. Panasonic will be the my choice. And I always had a very good deals and subsequently second hand values beside technical support.

I did sell them with better price compares to other brand.Just like car tongue.gif

Honestly speaking, if you're a PS4 PRO owner, Sony will be choice for a better HDR presentation.

Well, flagship models with overpriced flagship can be your choice if your do have the flagship budget. tongue.gif

I am not here to purchase a TV , nor looking for suggestion .
I have only got 1 intention , to help people buy what they can best afford , partly also because I am obsessed with displays .

I have owned 3 Plasma including my trustworthy Kuro which is still functional . But that doesn't mean anything .

Just like Sony charging extra bucks for their OLED TV , which still fall short in a lot of ways compare to the Panasonic and LG's OLED .
The question here is , is it worth paying more for it ?

The TV specs are hard to argue , the specification like brightness, color accuracy , color volume ,motion handling ,input latency , etc etc .
All of these are numbers , they are not just mere preference or opinions.

Do you think most people want to pay the same price for something that is less colorful ?
Be a smart buyer , not just a brand's fanboi .

If you like a brand a lot & want to stay a fanboi , that is fine too . But going as far as to calling other brands inferior because of that , isn't that is a little too presumptuous ?

If not mistaken, this is a Panasonic Vierra TV fan club threads.

No offends Bro !

Panasonic so far provide decent price tag, specification, service after sales and stability of firmware upgrade.

I have a SONY HT. A Samsung Ultra HD BD player.

Plus a PlayStation 4 Pro.

So it's a pretty Rojak setup. So not a Panasonic fan boy tongue.gif

Senheng selling the 65FX600K @ RM4625 with 2 years warranty plus 5% rebate (to be used for next purchase).

Few months ago, the 65EX600K was still around RM4899, wondering why the newly released model seems to be much cheaper?

Yes, this is panel problem. This line will become more at different position include center of tv. Not worth to repair. This is good chance to upgrade to UHD TV.
