1500 unit. Commercial title. Small unit doesn't come with any car park. Price from 750 psf for 1+1 with no car park. All unit 2 rooms and above are duplex and price from 850psf. Not sure how the build up is calculated as the bugger unit cost more psf wise.

Sien Liao lo no car park. How they fit in 1+1 for small unit, r they omitting the living room?
