My opinion for my visit before and after completion.

Almost buy a unit for the impressive show unit at Mid Valley back then plus a friendly service sales lady, just the concern balance units with not so good view and hardly walking distance to more commercial convenience. No LRT nearby.

After completion and visit the actual unit, my impression was the actual unit is 30% far off from the show unit's quality and material used. Lobby as expected, warm and goldish colour, quite nice but corridor a bit common and small, while sales staff too busy to adjust back all the items I had touch and knock.

Ended up, I have far more impressed with Aria by Hap Seng. The ambience feels a lot better within the unit and the natural sunlight.

Aria has 2 acres of land size and big lobby for sure, but in terms of living inside, stonor 3 will be more quite and privacy due to low density and more quality furnishing.

Depends on individual, stonor 3 has balcony meanwhile aria does not have balcony.

aria have nice sky  deck, but standard living condo, likewise, 24 hours in times how many of 24 hours u spend in sky deck instead of own rooms?
and aria has 600 units, mostly are investor , stonor 3 mostly are own stay.
if you been to aria, you will know the lifts is quite slow
if you been to stonor 3, lifts is quite fast.

basically prefer inside condo like conlay e n o, and not roadside condo.
