I think if you phone defect within 1 day of your purchase,you can get 1 on 1 replacement.but in you case i doubt it.hopefully you can get replacement unit.

hmm...that phone info apps, on my n4, it shows headset connect=8, charger connect=18...

but i never plug headset at all when i open the box plus i definitely charge less than 18 since bought (18-Oct)

Damaged by lighning strike? If the battery really go down to zero, you really need very long time to charge it back.

Cut the big sim card to micro and try if can be used. Usually cannot one. Then go to get new one. Telco will charge you RM10 for the replacement. I did it for my wife yesterday. Change from big sim to small sim.

Today went to Samsung retail store at Publika, they are only selling Note 4 for RM3.2k with case, screen protector and micro sd. Ridiculous......

Sometime it dependa on luck too my launch day note3 first batch till now no problem. Hopefully my note4 also same glorious history

Haha, Note 4 in sarawak is very scarce now. The situation is different from semenanjung. Samsung centre don't even have the replacement parts now, let alone 1 to 1 exchange.

What about you try to remove the battery... Then press and hold the power button for 20 sec without the battery to completely deplete the power and then put on the battery...charge it for 5 to 10 mins and then power on the phone...

I used Note 2 before and i like it especially the unique Wacom powered screen/stylus for my daily sketches. I would buy Note 4 for the increased 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity alone which is huge for illustrators, its like having a portable Cintiq nano - its weird Samsung who is good at marketing didn't advertise this unique feature kow kow

Since Samsung price drop quite fast and I'm not in a hurry will buy when its slightly rm200-300 cheaper later. RM2499 ++ for case, sp a bit too much money for me to spend for extra stuffs this month hehe

Aiks, sarawakian also lol.. i plan to get mine maybe tomorrow lol.. yalo.. first day already no stock at Samsung experience centre, summore they dont put up demo set, because they know Note 4 selling like hot cakes. tomorrow gonna check out maxis centre in miri as my fren said they got demo set to molest. If maxis accept amex card, i will definitely buy from them, becos some shop they wan us to join their member if not they sell rm2599... wadafak..
