Anyone of you faced problem with Astro-on-the-go app on ip6+. The app launches successfully but stuck. I was unable to choose any of the selections n top left menu key absolutely no response?? I hope this is just another ios8.02 bug! This was my first time testing this app.

QUOTE(yayiyu99 @ Oct 21 2014, 08:50 AM) Go to setting/message then enable Send as SMS. Maybe some of your friends previously use Iphone set so it try to send as iMessage. It is enable but still cannot sendI will wait for other user response n check Web whether other users had similar problem Worse scenario reset phone n try again |

Didn't notice any greater battery drain in 8.1. Seems quite similar as before.
Still facing the nagging unable to send SMS problem Will go over to Maxis center n ask them to check |

QUOTE(gorillaking @ Oct 21 2014, 04:37 PM) I m a maxis user, their current one plan..give only 2GB of data, and no option to use suftmore as the smartphone bundle.. it is just unfair to consumer when they wanted to lock down two years contract. The main reason why I ported over to Celcom to buy Note 4. Got rm600 discount n only rm88 for 5gb data.Maxis One plan w phone purchase is expensive Is worth it as my monthly data alone averages 4 gb This post has been edited by benny888: Oct 21 2014, 05:04 PM |

QUOTE(Bigfoot-X @ Oct 21 2014, 05:24 PM) Hi, just wondering - you ported to Celcom using keeping your old number? How was the porting process eg. how long did the processing to switch over take and how long was the disruption when switching to new Telco? Apparently lately Maxis porting over has network problems. I read in Note4 threads those who wish to port might need to wait more than 2 weeks. Some reported from Celcom Maxis had rejected their port over request. A bit messy situation now. Those who called Maxis about this issue was not given any specific date when their line could be ported overAlso, which location are you in? Any idea if Celcom is good in certain parts of PJ say, opposite PJ Hilton near KFC shoplots? I work in the area get 0 bars sometimes in certains shops there when having lunch etc. I know for sure that Maxis has line there as colleagues are either on Maxis or DiGi only. Sorry, too many questions. I'm widening my options as I saw that Maxis data with the plans are really low for the current plans. 2GB is borderline insufficient for me. Currently on 3GB for DiGi and there was once or twice I exceeded my quota. Celcom's RM 88 for 5GB data sounds like a steal! Unless of course, MAXIS ROI is delayed because they're tailoring new plans to go with the new iDevices. I did mine more than 2 weeks ago n line activated in about 3 days. Few years back just need one day n all done smoothly. Maxis expensive one plan to buy phones is most expensive now as they no longer offer surf more plans to buy phone. I am in Batu Pahat Johor And porting means you keep your old number This post has been edited by benny888: Oct 21 2014, 05:55 PM |

QUOTE(maxwell91 @ Oct 21 2014, 05:45 PM) I got a question guys. Im currently on 2 years contract with celcom iphone 5 plan. Let say i wanna buy iphone 6 with celcom plan again, do i get penalty from doing so or not? My contract end may 2015. Ask Celcom yourself n definitely you need to pay penalty. And usually not worth to cancel as you had still several 7 more months to go. |

QUOTE(signora bianca @ Oct 22 2014, 12:02 PM) Some can be sent only while majority cannot n shows not delivered. Is a mix bag and I couldn't tie in to any telco. Went to Maxis n they change simcard n tested among themselves - 4 of them n only 2 could receive the SMS. Anyway they had push the issue to HQ but those HQ chaps had not contacted me yet |

QUOTE(Braxton @ Oct 22 2014, 12:40 PM) Mayb is other, because I got see some1 say he transfer thousand photo to 6+, when open it will lag.. I am not a serious iP user. So please don't depend on my opinion. I used the ip5 less than 2 months onlySo far now the perfomance is better than 5 or cnt feel different between both? Ur review is important to me, because consider between 6 and 6+ I had more than 2000+ photos n 30 videos n I don't observe any significant lag Even lag few milliseconds shouldn't affect one usage, right?? |
