must electrical wires be always in plastic conduits if embedded inside walls?

i want to install extra point from my pillar light point to other spots along same wall, so thinking to just run thicker wires on top edge and then brick/plaster it up

can you help to spec a hollow rectangular/square metal tube for metal column and horizontal support for 18' x 6' clay roofing for the side of house? what thickness/grade of metal to use?

thinking to use 2"x4" for 18' support and 3"x3" for column support

edit: nvm, sorted out with supplier using 1.9mm RHS and SHS

anyone know estimate cost to resurface tennis court?

i was quoted RM20k for this (ignore the "kote", its coat)

2 years warranty

btw, are they other cheaper options?
