I wish to enquire about a sitiuation wherein there is a renovation process going on, which has burdened the neighbour with the debris and waste.. Its a reno in a va ant house, thus the owner is unknown for the moment.

The renovations workers have been notified of the mess, which they obviously know about! They had agreed to clean up the mess, but still nothing has been done. Its the back portion of the house, which has also caused the bricks to fall into the only drain pipe leading out.

Sadly its not foreigners who is at work, but locals ! There seems to be no notice or signboard in front of the house of which isneong renovated. Dont they have to put up a notice and obtain the authorities approval ?

What can be done to rectify such a situation ? I dnt think we can wait for the owners to appear, which we dnt know when!

So..... It means that they must have a permit right ...... If they have it.... Should hv put it up ...

Within the next couple of hours the mess was cleaned up !
