hey guys, u may ask me anything about construction industry and i'll try my best to answer all ur question.

Construction Industry is so complex and actually affect various party namely,
House buyer / Purchaser
Developer
Consultant (Architect, Engineer and etc)
Main Contractor
Subcontractor / Vendor / Supplier
Local Authority (DBKL, BOMBA, SYABAS, TNB, TELEKOM, POS, JKKP, IWK and etc.)
u can also ask me about construction law. I know a lot abt that too
Hello, I am currently an owner at Casa Green Bukit Jalil. JMB is not formed yet. Currently the condo is managed by the developer. The developer doesn't allow owners to chase, chip or hack the RC walls, even to conceal a thin wiring for installation of extra power points purposes also cannot. The problem is the entire of condo unit is made of RC walls (ALL highlighted walls in black are RC walls), only minor walls are concrete walls. You may refer to the layout I attached here. Would appreciate if anyone can give me some useful info or guidance on this. I really do not want all the wiring (even with casing) to be seen in my house, that will be so ugly! The symbols drawing in red are those power points that I intend to add. Thanks in advance.Construction Industry is so complex and actually affect various party namely,
