Just a stupid question from curiosity.

I'm a fresh construction supervisor(site engineer) working in a Japanese main contractor and am currently working on Tokyo 2020 Olympic village project before transferred to International division which in charge of project around SEA, including Malaysia. I do not know about construction site in Malaysia.

As part of the quality control do construction site engineer in Malaysia take construction photo with information board embed as evidence? In Japan it's mandatory. Below is the sample.



On the board the site engineer wrote down work executed and inspection result.
