Hello, wish to circle back to this topic, how does the key handover / VP event work if I’m the purchaser of one condo block that’s completed, but there’s another block still under construction?

I’m an early buyer of an under construction project, but the project had a delayed launch for second block due to COVID. I imagine many pre MCO buyers will be affected by the same issue. I think ideally we all would want to be able to renovate the home (if not move in already).
