So, I have almost no clue about construction process. However, since I am planning to buy a house in the near future, I feel like I should know a little bit about the process so I don't get duped (per se). So, after you sign the SPA, what are the developer's next steps in construction? I've heard of a Schedule. But, I forgot what Schedule was that and also what entails the Schedule.
