1. What are the decision factors for architect / landscape planner to select which house model to build, given Area? ( e.g. Hse Model A: single garage, 3 storey, Hse Model B: double garage, 2 storey, etc )
2. What do are the input output for "cost estimation software" mentioned in this thread earlier, if you use excel, what are the input/output on the excel?
3. What are the considerations to make most profitable landscape plan?

1. As a big scale Developer. To start new Housing project there anything like Property Development Plan? What does it contain? ( eg: Land, House plans, material, vendor, budget plan, timeline, construction agency )
2. For the architect that draw the whole land house plans, what are their consideration? (e.g. choosing the type of house to build, based on what factors? )
3. Related to no 1 and 2, basically what are the step for big scale developer 10M cash to Final project plan? ( just before they start execution ).
4. In this case, what are usually the problems? Or difficult parts in making the plan? ( technical issues, rather than politic ones )
5. We know the final aim is money, but how dev make sure they earn as much as they could, while still being ethical? ( e.g. cheap labour, cut material cost, ensure timeliness )
6. Can better planning on the technical aspects help in maximizing profit? ( e.g. choosing better land, being efficient in house architecture, reducing material scrap )
