Hi any sifu here familiar with DBKL requirement? i have an ongoing project (proposed multistorey wholesale hub) in KL apparently KM has been issued out few months ago but when the client went to sign SPA, DBKL dont accept and ask to resubmit because they don't allow the word "Perdagangan" instead they ask to change to "Retail". In results of this, we need to resubmit everything including building plan jkkp etc (anything with project title stated on it).
