one question

in the landed housing phase that I bought the house, the target completion is mid of 2022.

but for me, I bought if I'm not mistaken the last unit in the phase. SPA signed on December 2020. If by calculation my unit VP will be December 2022.

will they VP unit by unit or the whole phase one shot? early VP?

I just want to know so that I can arrange on either i need to extend my rent contract or no need. rent contract will expired mid 2022.

terrace house, fully owned and mortage has settled.

but has been abandoned for 2 decades..

so roof and partial of the wall has collapsed.

owner want to rebuild similar to the original layout..no extension..

Do i need to submit to local authority as new or just simply for renovation only.

second question, for electic and water..can they connect back to the rundown building, easier to have access of those things while rebuilding the house.
