How does the warranty work if you buy in the store? Is the warranty based on your name or the receipt?

Got anyone knw where got sell OZAKI O!coat-Travel for iPad Air 2? I found one at lazada : Lazada- OZAKI But, dunno it fits on iPad Air 2 or not.
