I do agree that price is a bit on higher price now...with current price I really not into the mood to sell because I know once I sell I cannot get back something similar at same price.
Bearbear don't have choice since he did not hold anything earlier and can sell for upgrade. This is sad but reality is harsh.. more disadvantage if he wait longer...accept or not accept is his call
I am a bit sad becuase my portfolio still very low and property price already skyrocket. I ask Bearbear buy becuase I sincere think price won't not come down next year, either will turtle up or skyrocket up..

I not sure about others, recently my friend recall back his condo for sale as he share a same view with me as he affraid once sold cannot buy back as price is skyrocket now...my group of friend now prefer keep n rent out rather than sell for one time profit...

We always said what can we buy after we sell, always end up no where unless wanna upgrade for own stay or ttransfer to other more profitable investment

don't be fool by ppl who say " investors are not selling but keeping", they lied from the start, they forgotten they are the "investors" , even there re these group of holding investors, they either target market of NOT general affordability not falling withing 400-800k segments or those who ware holding the blue chips as per TS mention those 300k chips property, they hope more buyers to buy more and more, some 500k holder know their risk, so having 700k and 900k holder will make them more secure like what the 300k are feeling now, "don't worry what bubble, we got 500k to cover us " that is why they think there is no bubble, they still have option to profit less..

can ask Jliew 500k plus chip, Jliew right or not? amaya too was holding 450k+ chip but he got a better bargain, mature area and city center area.. but size small and HTC around..

Why u always make mistake geh, I am holding 500k token but my condo is VP 4 years later..why I need worry
4 years later 500k just like 300k today. Even now I don't think u can get new unit 500k at sungai besi

Even 4 years before I am holding 800k plus condo and goin pg to VP soon..of coz this is a better category unit.

My next target is landed shop lot dy because after showtime n tiger advise I have better idea in investing landed..
If I can't pay my installment I will burn down my shop claim insurance rather than sell cheap cheap tongue.gif
