Ok bear i give u second example, recently i bought a unit of highrise, i end up paying 10% more compared to 6 months ago, same thing i can afford back then, but i look2 see2, thinking2 & wait, that 10% is enough for me to pay all legal & SnP fees plus renovation, Showtime tell you 5-10% i will tell you 10% every 6 months more likely.

Aiyah should have waited like Bear2 didn't noticed 500 tokens property not moving at all, if i keep this year bonus & saved for next 12 months plus buy bread after 9pm & weekend work as part time waiter like Iceman somemore can tapao leftover food, i can afford one already, regretted listen to all you bad UUU campers...sigh
