No such thing as best realm imo.

Up to you want pve/pvp also.

Plus, now most realm are linked heavily with each other.

For me personally, Froustmourne is pretty good at Alliance side. Lots of people doing lots of stuff all the time.

Oceanic time zone as well.

PvE heavy server though. If u like PvP, wrong server man. Nobody knows how to this server laugh.gif
