Why there is a high brick fence built next to guard house? It has spoiled everything. Based on the original plan, that place shouldn't have any building. STP supposed to be built under ground, right? correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm belief the trees planted are for the tier 1(emergent), but it is so short and tiny, it will take years to grow until the one shown in the brochure. Waiting to see how tall is the coconut trees that going to plant near to the pool.

Another quality product  rclxms.gif  Boral is Australian brand?

I notice that SDB hardly advertise their properties in newspapers, magazines......I think they believe that the best kind of advertising is to give quality homes to its customers and their products will sell...

Another thread is complaining about the quality of the electric cabling used in the project. And here are full of surprises for the materials used. All these are not specifying in the S&P. Really have to based on trust and track record of the developer.

Nice pic, thanks. Just wonder whether the path will be installed with lamp posts, so that can have a " walking in the park " session after dinner with the love one.

Usjhk gor, there should be.  thumbup.gif
If you look at the picture selected by Aberdeen gor - notice the square concrete box with the pipe sticking out. The electric wires and the placement suggest that this will a pathway lamp. Beautiful!

U r right, never notice that. very excited to see the pathway lamp up and wish that it will be the same as per the pic by Aberdeen gor. Then it will be a PERFECT Park. rclxms.gif

For now Look like no..... They should plant trees in between the road and pedestrian walkway.. Macam five stones.. Not only for beautified the road...also Especially for safety reason.

Can suggest to SDB to place the plants like the one in MidValley.refer to pic. Either on top of drain cover or road shoulder.
