As far as I am concern, the name "Windows On The Park" on the address is exclusive enough lor...you cannot find it anywhere else in Malaysia...the closest is in Singapore which is a restaurant..hahaha

Uda Land is claiming BTHO exclusive for the properties they develop. Its clearly others DEVELOPER cannot use that. MRT station name is another issue, nothing to do with property and if require SPAD probabaly got the approval from Uda.
Up to you guys want to put BTHO in, but that is not neccesary and unofficial
