Got. Maybe Malasia still rarely ada. Believe country like lion land, hongky all ada charge. Car park consider private space usage macam your unit space.

Hope Wotp jmb only charge for those extra car park owner only. no charge for original cp. Macam standard unit block a/b unit if ada 3 cp. 2 is free n 1 will be charge. Same to block c if Ada 2cp. 1 free 1 charge. Coz block c only come with 1 cp.

Of coz Lar.... Better no charge will be best. Pray for the best. Fyi, Mk Seni until now still no charge for cp. All mk Seni unit come with 3cp and above. But mk seni more high density than Wotp.

wotp per acre density is lower compare with five stones and ameera.

Wotp consider under middle density. 61units per acre.
Fivestones and ameera around 70-85+unit per acre.

Block c manyak surface dah cemented. Roughly 60% cemented liao. Soon can do painting.

Block c faciliti area also manyak progress liao. Soon can do the planting.

Wonder how the basement badminton court will look like?

Blk c Window looks Sibeh much bigger than the scale model. Overall simple and nice.

Blk c Balcony 12ft wide. Should be 4 panel Glass doors.
2 still 2 slide maybe.

Yup 4000mm width= roughly 13.1ft. Tolak sini sana roughly 12+ft gua. Depth ada macam 4.3ft+. Space for 2 chairs 1 small coffee table + some small plants at the side masih ok geh.... Tiny Blk c already ini macam.

Those blk AB balcony Sibeh super wide. Smallest balcony start from 25.8ft+. Depth ada 5.3ft+.

boss.. Jangan ini macam. Blk c Price sibeh mahal also. But at least ini SDB product. Material also good Also come with earthquake resistance. Me still think worth it compare to many development around.

Lazy liao... Still far from vp. Later furniture or electronic stuff out dated liao.....unless buy some collection/limited type furniture... I think I go for Sdb package when vp.... Aiiii....cannot run away from gst 6%. hehe.

Ic.. I just want some basic from Sdb ok?? Macam Aircon, wardrobe, toilet things, ceiling lights n grill door . Lose fit 1 maybe Sendiri cari.

Just want hassle free from condo procedure macam deposit, work timing, supervise, command area cleaning n condo rules to follow during reno. Apa happen can blame Sdb. Kekeke....
