Im more worry is after vp how long it take to get 50% occupied ..as now most the condo occupancy rate very low

Wotp - Good job to the architecture team , All wall edge included planter kerb edge have installed this PVC edge angle . Look straight and smooth when plastering finish at angle.

I saw its PVC material . Maybe they using both material . Ya corner beds is normal but not many housing use it unless architect specified in the drawing .
