many housing development they just use self molding plaster board included owner itself do renovation also just normal self-molding plaster board .
I saw the premium unit at first floor the balcony size is Same with upper floor tot it suppose have bigger balcony . |

To be fair that day went to site
I saw its PVC material . Maybe they using both material . Ya corner beds is normal but not many housing use it unless architect specified in the drawing . This material got pro and cons la .. But for developer it's also a cost too . |
